| 1957 Corvette onyx black with red interior and black soft top and hardtop. This is a total body –off restoration completed by one of the top Corvette restorers in the Detroit, Michigan area. The car has been driven only 250 miles since completed. The frame is powder coated and has all new suspension, brakes, fuel lines and exhaust system. The Corvette was painted in Onyx black and the seats are the correct red waffle interior by Al Knoch. The new black soft-top is also by Al Knoch. The engine is a 327 cu. in. it is built to look like a 270HP with original style 2x4bbl Carter carburetors, and air cleaners. There is all new ignition shielding, wiring, and the cooling system has new hoses and radiator. The T-10 four speed transmission is cast iron with correct shifter and it also has a rebuilt 3:36.1 rear end. All of the gauges are correct and rebuilt, and the original Wonderbar radio has been rebuilt. All the chrome/stainless has either been rechromed, replaced or polished. All of the glass is new and dated. The hard top was restored by Glassworks at a cost of $4000. The new tires are Michelin radial with Dayton wire wheels and knock off hubs. The options include heater, courtesy light, and Wonderbar radio. The total restoration cost is over $100,000.
