The 1967 Corvette Sting Ray was the last Corvette of the second generation, and five years of refinements made it the best of the line. Consequently, the 1967 Corvette is the most prized and sought after by mid-year enthusiasts and collectors. Many Corvette aficionados consider the 1967 Stingray to be the ultimate classic Corvette.
The Marina Blue with white interior 327ci/300hp 4-Speed air coupe being offered for sale here is a highly original Corvette in very good condition. This is a no-hit body car, with its original drive train and a solid un-restored frame and chassis. The car, with 56,513 miles on the odometer, has power steering, power brakes and factory air conditioning. The car looks great and runs strong. This is not a trailer queen. It’s a “turn key” Corvette to be driven and thoroughly enjoyed. Taking the car on the road and running it thru the gears is what owning a 1967 Corvette is all about. It’s not getting from point A to B that’s memorable; it’s the exhilaration of the drive which lets you know you’re alive and forever young.
The car’s exterior finish and chrome work present nicely. The car was repainted a while ago in base coat/ clear coat and the paint looks good. The driver side front fender has 3 or 4 very small imperfections which do not detract from the car’s overall appearance. The window glass, with the exception of a replacement windshield, is original, correctly date coded and in good condition. The car stands nicely, with all the body panels lining up properly. The gaps between head light doors and the front wrap around, hood and fenders and cowl, and doors and fenders are typical factory production.
The car’s interior is original and in good condition. The seats, dash pad, headliner and door panels present nicely. The front carpet is somewhat worn.

The radiator is a Harrison aluminum with the Harrison Expansion tank # 3155416 dated January 1967.
