Numbers matching 180hp 350ci engine, automatic transmission, posi rear-end. Someone has already put a lot of money in this car, and it is very obvious! It looks as if this car was undergoing a full restoration, with paint being the last item on the list. Body build date code corresponds to April 6, 1977. An older job, the paint is checked all over, and was probably not the best job even when it was new, judging by the amount of orange peel. Each of the tailights shows some cracking beneath the lens, but none are actually broken. Likewise, the weather stripping is older and is now a little hard, but is all there. Chrome exterior door handles show some haziness, but no major pitting or gouges. This car wears rally wheels with excellent paint, and very good trim rings and center caps with no dings and a decent shine as well. BF Goodrich Radial T/As show roughly 75% tread remaining. Luggage rack shows a good bit of haze and some minor pitting. The interior on this car looks fantastic -- it is near fully restored, needing only some details. Seat covers are excellent and look brand new; they appear to have been possibly recovered in vinyl, which might explain their top-notch appearance. Dash pad is in great shape also with no cracks. Door panels are excellent as well. Center console is excellent, and the shifter trim plate is in exceptional condition, showing no scratches. Gauge lenses are fairly clear, with minimal fading. Clock is not working at this time. The original AM/FM radio now has a Pioneer DEH-240F CD stereo in its place. Original GM seatbelts are present, as is correct cut-pile carpet. Although the carpet does not show any significant wear, it is nonetheless faded and could benefit from a dye job. Additionally, the leather steering wheel cover shows all-over cracking and should be recovered or replaced. The engine compartment of this 77 is very correct and has been nicely detailed as well to match the condition of the rest of the interior. A correct style Quadrajet carburetor is present, as is a correct style GM intake, as well as the ignition shielding. Original a/c compressor has been replaced with a remanufactured unit, and the a/c system has been retrofitted to R134a for ease of service. A newer alternator showing an AC Delco tag is also present. Original features include sport mirrors, luggage rack, tilt-n-tele, air conditioning, power windows, AM/FM radio, power steering, power brakes.
