1957 Corvette, new paint, great driver

This is a nice 1957 driver with a beautiful new paint job. We are in the process of replacing the black soft top canvas, pads  and weatherstrips.



Mechanically the car is in good condition. The engine is a 283/220 HP and runs excellent. The transmission is a 3 speed manual. It runs and drives nice, the tires are big white wall radials with low miles, the speedometer, and gauges work but the tachometer is currently out being rebuilt.



I have just stripped this car down and have done a black 2-stage paint job that was color sanded and buffed. The doors, hood, trunk, and deck lid were removed for paint. The finish is like glass, so much so that in the pictures you can see the reflection of the clouds in the paint! The interior is in very good condition and looks to have been recently replaced with correct reproduction upholstery.



Overall the car is a great looking and running driver that needs little if anything. This car is a great value.
