| 1982 CHEVROLET CORVETTE We have a truly nice example of the last of a series. 1982 was the very last year for this body style Corvette, having been introduced as a 1968 model. There were no 1983 Corvettes and the next generation Corvettes introduced, were sold as 1984 models. Mechanically these cars had the new generation Crossfire Fuel Injected 350 cubic inch V8 engines . These cars came very well optioned, and so being, were expensive for their day. List price was $22,537.59; the first time Corvettes had cracked the Twenty Thousand Dollar mark, and from what this writer personally remembers, actually sold for a mark up over this price. This example is an original, and truly looks, original . Equipment includes air conditioning, power windows, power mirrors, power door locks, power steering, power antenna, 6-way power drivers? seat, cruise control, . Other features are the special Cast Alluminium slot wheels, Alloy wheels of the mid year Corvettes and the Smoked Glass mirrored T Tops. Condition , the car is excellent, especially considering its age, and the fact it is an original, and not a restored example. These were great looking cars when new in 1982 and today still are, and are really coming into there own. Finished in a Black, with Black Leather interior
