1971 Corvette LS5 454 Coupe

1971 Corvette LS5 454 a complete mini restoration frame on has been performed on this Corvette. Matching numbers Motor. All the bushings, hoses, Suspension, Engine, Transmission have all been rebuilt. The motor has a mild build with less than 4k miles on rebuild. Car is equipped with power windows, A/C, Tilt & Tele Steering wheel that was rebuilt. All new and updated suspension with adjustable shocks on all 4 corners (QA1). Automatic 3 speed built with shift kit and never raced. The cooling system was replaced with a 4 core aluminum Radiator, car runs cool as a cucumber. All gauges work aside from the clock and the vacuum system works well  with headlights and wiper valance functioning. Car is painted a non factory color by the previous owner, however the cars original color is Bridge Hampton Blue (979). All new tires and rims with a wide rear conversion. I have the wheels that came with the car and are in good condition (Rally Wheel). Let me say this... many Corvettes you see for sale, needs much in the way of delayed maintenance. Not to mention, sorting one of these cars out if that's even possible, it can be frustrating and expensive. This car is ready to drive and show off!

Some of the flaws of this car are pretty common as it relates to paint and fiberglass. Much of this car was re-painted due to the previous owners poor choice in painters for this project. There is some minor bubbling in the paint, it's unfortunate but seems to be par for the course with Corvettes. The interior bits in the T-Tops show pretty good signs of wear but not terrible. The rear chrome bumpers are nice, don't show mirror like but shine with no rust. The Windshield wiper motor needs to be replaced and original radio is in the car although it does not work. The majority of the A/C system was replaced, the air just struggles to keep up.
